pocketgg is a client app for start.gg that makes it easy to keep up with the latest tournament results. Discover upcoming tournaments for your favourite video games, or view details of tournaments happening right now. Once you've selected a tournament, information like location, contact info, live streams, or even registration are all just a tap away. View event details from entrant standings all the way down to individual games for a specific match. And when you want to get a bird's-eye view of the entire bracket, use the native bracket view (complete with pinch-to-zoom controls) and see your favourite player's progression through the tournament. Features: • Discover upcoming and featured tournaments for your favourite video games • View tournament details such as events, location, contact info, etc. • Easy access to tournament live streams and registration • Native bracket view with pinch-to-zoom controls for single/double elimination and round robin brackets • Follow tournament organizers to see when the next local or regional is • Search for any tournament on start.gg • Profile page where you can view tournaments that you're organizing or competing in • Pin your favourite tournaments for easy access pocketgg is in no way affiliated with start.gg.

Great app, I’ll leave a quick review with feedback. Much quicker than desktop version, which is very good. A bit easier to understand navigation as well but still held back by assume the API. LOVE the ability to follow TOs.Search function is very limited and will almost always return unrelated results to what you type in. Will also return tournaments with games that aren’t enabled even when you have that selection on. Also doesn’t always show the same TO or all TOs for a tournament series. Hopefully fixed soon because this app has potential!

Thank you for your feedback! Unfortunately, the search function provided by smash.gg's API treats each individual word in the search term as its own search term. If this gets changed in a future version of the API, you can be sure that the app will be updated as necessary. For now though, try using fewer, more unique terms when searching for a tournament.

Excellent mobile platform to find bracket progress, but that’s about it so far. Would love to see a better search function, tournament descriptions and an attendees list. Excited to see how the new API will affect this app.
