One of the best things to ever coincide with my weight loss journey. I was introduced to this app when I joined Noom Weight loss app a few days prior. I found the talks (podcasts)to be interesting since my coach was one of the speakers. Since joining Noom Weight Loss App and using the Noom Vibe application, I was able to recently get to my weight loss goal losing over 64 pounds in my personal journey. I want to recognize the following people who have helped me to not only meet my goals but to exceed them as well. I would like to compliment all of these people eventually in person. Coaches: Marney, Chelsea, Doris, Shannon, Kate, Katie H., Evan P., Adrienne, Kara, and Dana. Others also instrumental in my health journey are Angelina F., Cecilia G. Kristen B., MoeJoe, D-A-R-Y-L, Martin John G.,Elizabeth G., Jade O., Loyce H., Terry, Truly Julie, Peter C., Kristina M. Get this app, It’s literally the easiest thing to use, contribute to & learn from. I am actually impressed for real. For me It’s like therapy, except this is fun.First off just get the app, it costs NOTHING, & if I think something is awesome, it really is. Trust me on that one. For real. I don’t do negative reviews, it’s my own fault for not doing the research, not paying attention to what is offered, acting compulsively & etc.Anyway I digress, 🙃 this app has more to it than meets the eye.You use up to 60 second audio recordings to answer written questions posted by others, or to ones you write yourself. You listen to other people’s answers & you learn to LISTEN & maybe develop some empathy or learn how others have dealt with something. AI/Tech, weight loss, motivation, etc. It’s not about being glamorous & fake, you can’t fight or be psychologically manipulative nor do you post photos of yourself except for your profile picture.There is much more to this app, so just get it.

Seriously love this app! It’s free and so great!This is a healthy habits tracker combined with a social media platform. You set a step goal, create your own list of healthy habits you want to track each day, and then you earn vibes (like coins) for checking in and meeting your goals. When you earn vibes, you can redeem them for charity causes or gift cards. This is mostly what I use it for. I like that I can personalize the list for a wide variety of my habits, everything from reading with my daughter to checking my weight to saying my prayers. I also love earning gift cards for following through since I struggle with rewarding myself. There is also a unique social media platform that is all speaking and listening based, no tex or stickers or emojis. I have used it occasionally since I like some of the prompts to respond to, but I don’t like listening to one more voice in my kid chaotic house. I also love that I can add some people to my account so our steps count toward each other (called step fam). My mom and sister and I don’t live close to each other and it’s a fun way to help each other stay healthy and earn more rewards. I wish there was a way to connect with more people in the health tracking aspect but you can only add 3.
