This release has a couple main features and some minor fixes and performance improvements.

- The confusing differences between Users and Members has been removed. There are now only Trauma App users who are managed through the dashboard and available to add to cases in the app.

In this release we added a couple small features as well as bug fixes and updates:
Features:
- Pupil Exam form - the Primary Survey pupil exam can now be repeated multiple times with timestamps added
- RSI Form now has a ‘Time Extubated’ (removal time) input
- We have added Dates to the Time of Injury and Time of Arrival displays
- GCS is now visible on the Physiology section of the Summary Screen
Fixes:
- Standby and Handover no longer scroll content fits on one page

- ETA is no longer restricted to Time of Arrival - it can be set to any point 24hrs into the future.

In this release, we concentrated on improving app performance, especially when there is a heavy data load. We also implemented some minor features and bug fixes, notably:
- Displays of GCS on the report now show the EVM breakdown when data is available.
- Added Xray as a location option on the Movement form.
- Added the current time to the header of the Cardiac Arrest form.
- Improved the display of Ventilator Settings on the RSI form.
- Ensured consistency of Injury list ordering throughout the app and the report.
- Increased image sizes on both Injury and Imaging lists, and improved image quality on the report.
- Fixed the issues of some timelines and charts becoming blurry on later versions of iOS.
- Updated React Native to version 0.68.6.
1.6.2 03/22/2023
In this release, we focused on a variety of smaller features and bug fixes in an effort to improve clinical safety and app traceability. The list below highlights many of the key updates:
- Number inputs now have an optional button to add a value outside the typical range (to allow for edge cases and extreme circumstances):
- In most number inputs, there is an “Add Value Outside Range” button in the top right.
- Tapping this allows users to enter value outside the typical range, but also requires a clinician name to be selected before saving.
- This clinician name is then displayed next to these number values in the report to show who requested the outside-range number to be added.
- Some number inputs (e.g. Dose) now also have additional shortcut buttons to allow quicker entry of common values.
- The Cardiac Arrest form now has a ‘Death’ section with a link to the associated Death form.
- An information banner has been added to most forms to ensure patient name and ID are always visible.
- A clear warning appears on the case header and the main cases list if two cases have the same Patient ID.
- A list appears at case sign off to highlight any medications which have not been marked as ‘Administered’.
- An additional warning about report accuracy and clinical responsibility has been added to case sign off, along with the Team Leader name.
- Fixed the missing yellow row for Temperature on the Adult NEWS chart.
- Trimmed unnecessary white space when entering a Patient ID.
- Improvements to the Oxygen Level input.
- Improvements to the injury body painter, with additional buttons to allow line thickness selection.
- Various display improvements to the header and list items on the PDF report.
1.6.1 02/13/2023
In this major release, we focused on creating a new workflow for Cardiac Arrest, as well as some smaller app updates and fixes. The main changes are listed below:
Cardiac Arrest:
- Users can now access a Cardiac Arrest form from the global '+' menu.
- Each arrest can have multiple cycles, each with times, rhythms, and lists of related interventions, medications, investigations, and blood products.
- The red summary bar at the top of the form will show the latest cycle time, the total arrest time, and the latest item for each list.
- The form also has data points for Time of Arrest, End Time, and Outcome.
- A list of all arrests for a case is accessible from the top header bar of the app, under "Case".
- A Cardiac Arrest can also be added from Standby / Handover.
- When a Cardiac Arrest is created, a column is added to the NEWS / PEWS chart with vertical text in each section.
- The in-app Report and PDF display a detailed list of all cardiac arrests and their cycles.
Smaller features / fixes:
- Added an ‘O-Positive’ option to the Blood unit form.
- Added a search bar to the Medications list.
- Improved the search bar on the global menu so it allows partial searches and alternate names, like ‘Bair Hugger’.
- Displayed clearer date labels and Overview table text on the in-app Report and the PDF.
- Fixed bug with Locations in the Lateral Canthotomy form.
- Changed app to use a multi-API structure.
- Updates to React Native.

This minor release introduces one small bug fix:
- Time Major Haemorrhage Activated can now be set to “Pre Hospital” and will not cause issues when signing off a case.

This minor release introduces one small feature and a bug fix.
Feature:
- Adding a Discharge data point is now required for case sign off.
- Outcome (Discharge) has been added to the Missing Data which is required before a case can be signed off
- The user will also be required to add a time
- There is a ‘Disposition Unknown’ option available if discharge is not yet known
Bug Fix:
- Fixed a bug on the number keypad which was causing some issues

Minor Release with smaller fixes and improvements:
- Added an Additional Identifier text field to the Patient form for additional information about the patient.

- Increased text size on the Primary Survey table in the PDF report.

1.5.1 06/29/2022
In this release, we focused on three major features: creating Paediatric cases, updating User Permissions, and editing cases which have already been signed off. We also looked at improving the clinical safety of the app, as well as working on smaller features and bug fixes.
A full breakdown of the updates is listed below:
* Paediatric features:
- Provided the option to create an Adult or Paediatric case on relevant Sites
- Added Age under 16 years (or under 23 months)
- Imported a paediatric drugs list
- Added volume (mL) to Blood units
- Created Child Protection and Family forms
- Created different PEWS charts based on Age
* Editing saved cases:
- Created a workflow to reopen a previously signed-off case from the web dashboard, then edit it and re-upload it from the app
- Added the ability to reinstate deleted cases from the web dashboard
- Added case version history to the PDF and made revision notes mandatory when signing off a reopened case
* Permissions update:
- Added a View Only permission to let users access cases in the app but not add / delete cases or data
- Users need to have Edit Case permissions to create / delete cases and add data
- Users with Edit Case permissions can switch to View Only Mode in the app to prevent adding / deleting cases or data (accessed via the profile popup in the top right corner of the screen)
- Added a Sign Off Case permission which users will need to sign off a case
- Added a Reopen Signed Off Case permission to let users reopen signed off cases from the Dashboard
- Added a Manage Signed Off Cases permission which users will need to view / edit cases which were previously signed off but have been reopened
- Added a Manage Deleted Cases permission to let users reinstate a deleted case from the Dashboard
- Users need to have Manage User Permissions to control the extended permissions on the Dashboard (users with the standard Edit User permission can still create standard users)
* Clinical safety updates:
- Added additional details to list items on the Cases screen (e.g. Name, DOB)
- Created a dropdown header banner with full patient details and status
- Renamed "Prescriptions" to "Medications"
- Updated drug list items to show both Prescribed and Administered times, and all relevant infusion details
- Separated drugs lists in the app and the Report into Administered and Not Administered sections
- Locked patient details after patient lookup has been used (can be cleared if needed)
- Added a watermark to all PDF pages for test cases
- Removed default times from all forms
- Improvements to error displays
* Smaller features and fixes:
- Created a Site permission request form for new users when they log in for the first time
- Sites now have options to determine labels and text validation for primary and/or secondary patient IDs
- Created an option on Primary Survey to add separate Abdominal Bruising and Tenderness
- Added Tier of Trauma Team Activation to the Report
- Added Note sections beneath all relevant list items on the Report
- Updated the Death form so adding text to Death Certificate Issued now creates a related Note item
- Renamed "External Haemorrhage" to "Catastrophic Haemorrhage"
- Added "None" option to Damage data points on injuries
- Increased K+ max value from 10 to 15
- Moved Mechanism Details and Events Leading above table in Report

This smaller release focused on new minor features and multiple bug fixes. The list below explains the changes in more detail:
- Users can now toggle between entering GCS or ACVPU values, which are displayed on the NEWS2 chart
- The ROTEM form now has a Protocol data point which can be used to toggle between A5 and A10 charts
- Added a new header banner which displays the current time as well as the patient name, National Patient ID, and bay / room
- A banner now appears to warn users if they are in a case on a simulation site (and so the case will not be pushed to national records)
- Added warning text at sign off when users are on a live site and so the case will be pushed to national records
- Updated Hb range values for Blood Gases and Lab Results
- Users can now add Normal Saline 0.9% doses in increments of 50mL (rather than 100mL)
- Added Ventilator Settings to Primary Survey A and B
- Updated the Report and PDF to show full details for Fracture and Gunshot injuries
- Prevented the injury popup on Secondary Survey from falling off the edge of the screen when the injury list is long
- Removed optional check item for analytics on the Terms and Conditions and added a link to the Trauma App website
