Please fix freezing problem. If the app is unable to access a battery the swirling icon comes on and continues for hours rendering the app totally useless during that time. It has done this in the evening and is still frozen and swirling in the morning. Sometimes I can restart my phone and get it to reset but I shouldn’t have to. Please fix this glitch. Put a time limit on how long it looks for a battery.

The software works ok, to have access to the control functions you need an account with your email address. Mine - Management - Apply for authorization. If you just want monitoring you don't need to create an account. Indeed, after applying the firmware update, there is a gap in capacity, but after full charging it balances out. I like that it saves the graphics as a kind of history but after closing the app it doesn't save, that's why it gets four stars.

1. BMS history in the app is cleared everything your phone disconnects from the battery. I’d like to know what my battery was doing when I wasn’t standing next to it.2. Battery control features require an active internet connection. Since this was purchased an an off grid power supply that means that 95% of the time I have no control of the battery while I’m using it.3. No advanced BMS control without support intervention. If the BMS is reporting issues or the cells need to be balanced support has to connect remotely through the app to perform reset functions. This is problematic since support is on the other side of the world.

When I open the app, I receive a message that there is an app update available. When I click on update app, nothing happens. When I go to the Apple App store, there is not an update for the app. Also, on of my two LiFePO4 batteries that I have wired in parallel is no longer showing a status on this app. So I no longer have a lot of trust in this app after using it with no problems over the past 10 months.
