I believe Zygon is the first review I have ever left for an app. I've been a user for 2+ years, paid for the month to month subscription, and find the videos, the courses incredibly useful. There are a lot courses nowdays that promise something similar, but this technology has been around since the 80's (from my understanding). Try it out, if you don't like it after 30 days, pay no more, but you will still leave having gained a new perspective on what it means to change old beliefs and how to bring out the best in yourself. I just got the upgraded app and am beside myself with intrigue at the number and variety of programs I now have available to me. I thought I would just listen to the intro, but couldn’t put it down for half the afternoon. Hours and hours of varied programs, and yet scrolling through I see I haven’t even scratched the surface!

As for one who is well versed in the Gateway Process and other forms of meditation I would say this is a great addition as Dane has a great way of explaining things and filming in those gaps I still had questions too. The meditation parts are a great tool as well.
