I love my sunrise light. However, whenever I have a Wi-Fi glitch or something like that it reverts back to the first alarm I created, which has ocean sounds and whenever I try to reset to none for no sound it always comes back. I tried removing the alarm off my device it does nothing. It won’t even let me hit the checkmark that’s at the top right after I’ve adjusted things so now I just have my alarm off with no light nor sound because the ocean sound is too annoying to me and I jolt up out of bed, not relaxing at all. How do I fix this? Thanks in advance for your help.

I've had my light set up for a while now. One day I had it turned on by tapping it and in the single color mode. Next thing I know the light is freaking out and goes from the color I set up to cycling through various shades and brightnesses of white and the the indicators on the front of the light were both flashing. I open the app and it's forgotten everything. My network info, my login info, even the device it was connected to.

This app told me to change my whole Wi-Fi router just to get it to work and in the end it didn’t work at all and I had to return the whole alarm clock. Worst waste of time ever.
