Work Log is a shift and hours tracker for hourly workers, salaried staff and contractors. Log every shift, and see your hours, overtime, time off and estimated pay for each pay period, or turn them into a PDF timesheet for your employer or an invoice for your client.
Punch in and out, or add shifts by hand. Work Log adds up your hours and works out your pay for every shift, week, month and pay period.
KNOW YOUR PAY
• Pay periods that match your paycheck: weekly, every two weeks, twice a month, monthly or your own schedule
• Overtime by shift, week or pay period, up to three tiers, as a fixed rate or a multiplier like 1.5×

FOR EMPLOYERS
Work Log - Dashboard shows your team's hours in one place: a team overview, a page for each employee, scheduled email reports for your bookkeeper, and shared access for an office manager.
- Import your schedule: Take a photo of your roster, or share a PDF or spreadsheet, and your shifts are added for you. Your first import is free; keep importing with Work Log Pro.
- Scheduled shifts: Add upcoming shifts as scheduled with Save as scheduled on the New Shift screen, then confirm each one once you've worked it. Turn on a reminder before each shift. Scheduled shifts aren't counted in your hours or pay until they're worked.
- Calendar view: See worked shifts, scheduled shifts and time off in a monthly calendar. Choose a day to view its entries or add a shift for that date. Export the displayed month as a PDF or spreadsheet with Work Log Pro.
- Bonuses, taxes and deductions: Estimate your net pay with named bonuses, taxes and deductions for each job. Set percentages or flat amounts. Flat amounts can apply per pay period, shift or hour, with before-tax deductions when needed. See each item in your paycheck breakdown and exports.
- Bug fixes: Fixed overtime settings and improved syncing, purchases and stability.
