I’m still pretty new to this, but so far so good. The website was a little glitchy first setting up account (wasn’t allowing me set up kyc at first), but once I worked through that the next day, everything has been smooth. Limit orders have been added since a lot of the reviews posted, which is really nice. Of course they can’t offer everything, but it’s got a pretty decent selection of coins to choose from. At this time, there are 35 options, plus the precious metals, which I have no interest in. I’m definitely impressed, and I wish I signed up during the bear market.

My rating is based on the apps performance and NOT on iTrustCapital.I’ve used the app for a while now and have tried communicating with the team at ITC to resolve the issue of logging into my account. Background: I recently upgraded my phone but run an older iOS version. (18) From what I’ve read there is an estimated 10-20% loss in daily battery life by updating to the most recent iOS (26?) update. What ITC informed me is that in order for me to use the app to access my account I need to update to the latest iOS to log in. I’ve submitted all necessary information for them to resolve the issues but it’s been more than a week since this issue has been impacting me and potentially others. This is unacceptable for any form of financial account access app, especially a crypto investment app where the market can shift 24-7.Please fix the problem and make it right.
