The Risk Warden app enables assessors to conduct detailed on-site assessments of any property risk type, on or off-line, faster and easier than ever before. Assessment data is seamlessly and automatically synchronised with the Risk Warden platform, where you and your Quality Assurance team can review and finalise its content before inviting your client to view or download the assessment.
The app dramatically reduces the time required to input building management information, document findings, and recommend remedial measures together with photographic evidence all in one place. This significantly streamlines data input and mitigates human error.
Risk Owners can then access the assessment via their portal and activate it, converting all the corrective actions into actionable tasks. Tasks can be easily allocated to staff and contractors allowing you to track them until completion. As corrective actions are completed, it automatically reduces their risk score, based on the offset specified by the author, across their entire estate.
