I’m currently playing this game because I found it due to an add I had while playing a coloring game. This game is close to merge dragons and merge elves, which is exactly what I was looking for.I had previously tried evermerge, which is advertised heavily in other apps, along with coming up on top in the App Store when I search for games in this genre, but it features time gating and very heavy adverts. I like the fact that this game only has adverts if you want to replenish the puzzle levels or open chests faster. There are no adds in between gameplay.Thank you devs for the great work, and thank you for supporting a genre that’s under appreciated in mobile gaming!

I NEED HELP PLEASE/ I love the game but?

I’ve written a few times asking for help. I saved my progress and when I got back my star number went from 478 to 380. All of the progress I had was gone, can someone please help me and fix this. If you save your progress shouldn’t it keep what you have not revert back to months earlier. This is the main game I play and I spend a good amount of money monthly on this game, however, if I cannot get help and loose a few hundred dollars simply by saving my progress then that means I have to repeat the same levels and tasks all over again. And if that is the case I’ll go elsewhere. Can someone PLEASE PLEASE fix this UPDATE. - as per your response at the bottom a few hours ago. Nothing was resolved and nothing was restored. My 30 day gem was not restored either. Which I was told would happen so I had to purchase the 30 days of gems again. I am not the only person who has had this problem. Basically I was told the information was not in the system but that they would restore my 30 day card. Which hasn’t happened. I lost all the money invested from purchasing elves and other items plus other things that were advanced to 4th and. 5 th level are all lost. I am still over 100 stars behind from where I was. My advice to all playing the game do not save your progress. When I did all of my gems vanished, all of my progress reverted back about 6 months. To which I was told by support that the information was not in their system. So best advice either save daily or do not save ever.

Our customer support tried to help you recover your game data on October 16, but because recovering the data requires maintaining communication with you and you need to cooperate with the prompts, it was unsuccessful and could not recover the data. Lost all my elves

I logged in and was playing the levels. Went back to the garden and all of my elves were gone. They are still showing as discovered, but I don’t have them anymore. Luckily I had egg nests and had just won a level that gave me an egg. Very disappointed as I’ve spent a lot of real money on buying some of the gem only eggsUpdate! Awesome customer service! Quick response and fixed it all for me!

Been playing this game a couple of years now, spent a fair amount of money. My complaint, even though I win the #1 spot, I simply can’t complete the amount at the top. It becomes tedious and boring trying to accomplish completely all the way. I fixing to try a different merge game, I’ve did Merge Dragons for several yrs and merge takes. I absolutely love this game until, I clear the board, then I just quit. Please think about lowering the amount to like 100,000. It just might keep people interested.
