Overall introduction： 1) Main purpose of the APP Users of the ITB China APP can access the virtual exhibition on their mobile devices, visit the ITB China show floor, interact and communicate with other participants online, schedule, manage and attend exhibition appointments and follow the ITB China Conference. 2) Using background： Participants of ITB China such as exhibitors, buyers and trade visitors will use the APP to interact with each other online and to do schedule, manage and attend appointments before and during the exhibition period both, both for the virtual as well as the physical exhibition. 3) Target users: Exhibition organizer, exhibitors, buyers, trade visitors 4) Expected user number: 2000 users maximum online at the same time. Main function introduction： 1) Show Floor Explore the show floor to discover new suppliers of travel products and services who are exhibiting at ITB China. 2) Products Find an overview of travel products and services from exhibiting companies. 3) Content Find all sessions of the ITB China Conference and virtual product showcases as on-demand content in this section. 4) Speakers An overview of all attending speakers of the ITB China Conference. 5) Events An overview of all scheduled events of ITB China. 6) Home The main page to start your exhibition visit with a comprehensive overview of most ITB China related events and functions. 7) Favorites People, companies, products, events and other items that were marked by the user as “favorite”are compiled here. 8) Messages Send and read messages to and from other users here. 9) Calendar Here the virtual and physical exhibition calendars of the users are accessible, containing their individual exhibition and meeting schedules. 10) My ITB Personal functions such as notifications, e-business card exchange, settings and customer support can be accessed here.
