You need a subscription to access premium shorts, which is fine, except after paying for the subscription all premium content is still locked. Favorites also isn’t working (any time I created and added a short to a playlist, it would vanish). There is no online help, zero. I don’t think it’s a scam, just a very buggy app with no help to resolve issues.
