So far I have really enjoyed this game. I like the variety of games to play and that you can have all these puzzle games in one app. I also enjoy the option of playing the puzzles in easy or hard mode allowing me to play with ease or give myself more of a challenge. The game gives a new set of puzzles everyday to complete but if you want to play one type of puzzle majority of the time the game gives the option to play more of that specific puzzle. There are ads but nothing crazy. I get apps need to play ads to be able to keep running and this game does a good job of keeping it to a minimum which is appreciated. Usually one ad plays after you finish each game and you can choose if you want to watch ads to get more chances, to keep playing if you lose a game, or to get hints to help complete the puzzle. You can also use coins you earn within the game to continue to play the puzzles if you lose or lost all your chances to play by making too many mistakes and to receive hints. All puzzles are open to play and you do not need to keep gaining coins to be able to unlock them. The coins are mainly to purchase new profile pictures, give you more chances to keep playing a puzzle if you lose, or to buy hints. Overall, I really enjoy this game and like the setup, the types of puzzles to choose from, and the limited ads.

Great game, but…no buts!

UPDATE!! Not buts about it, this is a great game! The fixed the one problem I had with it. I didn’t get the 1,000 coins the developer mentioned, but it’s ok because I figured out the game. Hashtag help! Each letter is moved with one other letter. So each puzzle can be won with plenty of moves remaining. if you see two yellow letters in a word, switch those two. Nine times out of 10 that is a correct move. If you see only one yellow letter in a word, try to find that letter in a different word to switch with. If you make a wrong move, it might be easier to switch them back so you can keep them straight. If you switch a letter correctly, both letters turned green with the switch. Definitely my new favorite game!Love this game! I love that some of the puzzles are a little bit different. The hashtag and tangle are my favorite. They are more challenging, but still fun. The hashtag drives me crazy though. If you get too many moves wrong, you can’t win the game without using coins. I don’t care so much about “winning” as I do finishing. Either make the add more moves cheaper, allow ads to be used, include a reset button like the tangle game, or take points away, but let us finish the game!

Fun and Worth It

This app has many word-based games and sudoku, and they can be very addicting to play daily. You can easily earn coins to purchase the in-game help like buying more letters in the crossword to solve it. I’m almost level 30 and have been playing for a few months now. While there is an ad to watch after every game you play, it typically is under 30 seconds and you can skip it. I will say if you’re playing all the games it does get a little annoying, but overall it’s worth it to forgive the ads to play the games in this app. I appreciate that if I’m low on coins I can just watch an ad instead and they aren’t super long. And if you need more coins, there’s the option to go to the friend feed and like others’ progress stuff to collect up to 300. You do have to watch an ad to receive it though. Still though, the games are fun and it’s easy enough to earn coins through regular gameplay. Some of the hard modes for certain games can actually be a little tricky which is a nice challenge. My only thing is that I wish I could select which badges to display on my profile rather than just the most recent ones.

Great app but new game is buggy

This app is not a complaint (I’ve really liked it thus far) but I wanted to bring a bug to the developer’s attention. The new Secret Word game has an issue I’ve encountered. An example: The prompt was “Hollywood Walk of Fame”, so I started guessing last names and followed the hot/cold indicators leading me to a name beginning with “Pau” until there were no possible last names left. Stumped, I used the Reveal Letter feature, only to discover that the correct answer was “Paul Walker”, which did not fit alphabetically between all my previous guesses AT ALL since the last name would be between W’s. In fact, I had actually input Walker as one of my previous guesses. Players are being steered incorrectly. Another smaller issue is the inconsistency in whether the answer is in the plural or singular form. I’ve found when the prompt is in the plural, the answer is in the singular, and vice versa. The best method would likely have the answer follow the prompt’s amount (since some words can only be used in the plural). Looking forward to a fix to these bugs!
