I have another merge game I have played for a while. I have downloaded many others and deleted them after trying them out. This one is a keeper. Unique story and cute characters that you upgrade homes for. Plenty of short mini events as well as longer quest-type event and seasonal events. You have building, growing and harvesting crops, filling orders all by merging, of course. There are a few little issues that kept me from giving 5 stars. Space is very, very limited - at least in the beginning. I even paid for the first extra small island and often need to merge 3 instead of 5 to make space. I know managing space is part of the game, but this one is a challenge. One of the daily tasks to get a prize is to spend 7 gems, but I have to do it by speeding up production. There is rarely anything in the shop less than 30 gems. I also wish there was a way to confirm merging less than 5 or a way to undo a merge. It is very easy to accidentally merge when you are just trying to group things. But I am definitely hooked and love the game.—-I am updating to give this 5 stars. I have been playing every day. The space is easier to manage once you open up more areas. You also build up more in-game currency as you play. I have also started seeing some items pop up in the market for 7 or 8 gems. Great for players just starting. I just downloaded and tried out about a dozen merge games in the past 2 days. This one is far better than any of them. I would still love a way to confirm or undo a merge, but I am learning to be more careful and don’t accidentally merge as much.

I’m so glad I switched to this game from Ring Island Merge because shamefully I was spending too much money on that one. Star Merge is definitely not a pay to play, of course you can to be able to advance faster though. A few nit picks I have are: So many times I have been moving pieces next to each other to create the 5 to 2 merge, and I end up accidentally only merging 3 or 4. This drives me mad because I could have had two top tier items but only get one. There needs to be an option to disable merge 3 if you want and turn it back on if you want. Another is when I accidentally click a chest or coin etc. when I don’t want to. On the highest level of the coins it asks you if you want to collect it, but not on any other level. VERY frustrating. All collectible items you should have to verify before it’s collected. Also, if you accidentally merge 6 pieces together, you get your two next level pieces, but lose the extra lower level piece. I haven’t had this happen very often but still shouldn’t happen at all. In the beginning you feel like you advance really fast because the orders you fulfill to get stardust aren’t complicated items to make but as you progress it takes more ingredients to make one item and you’re usually short those ingredients because getting crops take forever. Lastly, and this may just be personal preference, I feel like there are too many levels to an item and when you get to the 8th level or something, you have used up so much space on the island with all the lower level items. There is just too much to build at once I feel like. Overall, I’m enjoying the game and I think you will too!

Best Merge Game Out There

2 month update: *This game is way better than EverMerge. They have a lot of similarities and I almost thought they were the same game at first. However this game has NO ads and EM has started bombarding you with ads. Also this game has cute worlds with mazes to go thru. You also get FOUR builders at a certain level to complete buildings and EM only gives you 2! I also like that you get to compete against other players to race to merge items or fulfill orders, and that there’s a ship you can buy things from. Searching for treasure is also another cool job. And the side quests with the mermaid or little side games where you uncover the gemstones are unique and fun. You also get to collect cards that give you prizes. I still wish there was an undo button for merging the wrong amount. Otherwise, this game is perfect.*Finally a game with beautiful, ethereal music instead of some cheesy cartoon music. I like this game. I’m addicted to Evermerge, but I’m glad I discovered this one and it’s becoming a new favorite. I do wish there was an undo button or a button to ask if I’m sure I want to merge 3, 4, or 6 because too many times I’ve accidentally merged the wrong amount.

This is a really good game, better than others like it that I’ve played. However, I understand that as a player move up it needs to get more challenging, but there are two areas that you have made difficult to the point of the game being less fun and way more frustrating!! I’m at a point where I think I’ll stop playing in a few weeks. And that is the truth. 1. When you open lans and need to clear them with star bottles, once you get to land 23, 24, 25 the cost to clear one single square goes up to 6,840 and even higher on other parcels … 13k to 18k. The highest star bottle is only 810. It’ll take forever to clear those lands. Please consider dropping the cost to open squares to make it more accessible. 2. You did the same thing on the island events where you clear a maze of obstacles. Well those started out okay, where it was possible to complete the challenge (barely most times 🤞), but now it cost can cost 130 energy points to clear just one obstacle, and you only get 75. So you have to wait until they build up, just to take another couple hits on that obstacle. AND, I’m getting a lot less opportunities to get extra energy, so I’m only getting part way through now. So I’ve stopped really trying to hard cause I know I can’t finish it up.
