Ability to stream in 720p (HD)/1080p (FHD) depending on network conditions. Some small UI adjustments

- Users can now send a canned message before a stream starts. This can be done from one of two ways: a) From a button on the Event Details screen b) After failing a network check, the user is asked whether they would like to send a message or not. - The image on the screen rotation step has been updated. - Users will receive a prompt upon opening the app when a new update is available.

App should no longer stop recording until the user confirms through the confirmation popup.

Swapped the Rotate UI screen (step 4) and Audio Check screen (step 3). IE: Rotate UI should now be on Step 3 and Audio on Step 4. Rotate UI screen should now rotate to landscape view upon opening the screen. The streaming site should only transition from a Pending stream state to a Live state when the Record button is pressed. Expect a slight delay of ~0.5-1s after the button is pressed as a result before recording starts now. The streaming site should now transition from a Live state to a newly implemented "Pending Upload" state when a stream finishes. By a stream finishing this means specifically when you confirm that you have finished recording. Fixed an issue that added an extra blank screen the second time you transition from the audio check (step 4) to the broadcaster screen. Various offline UI / flow improvements

Fix for Canned Messages on iPhone 12 iOS 15.0.2 specifically Canned Message UI overhauled. Should look and feel much nicer now When transitioning from an online to offline recording, the name video screen should provide much more context as to the video you're naming Added an indicator in the hamburger menu to show users useful information about their phone and app version. Moved the 2GB storage check up to 10GB and improved the accuracy of that check.

Users can now resume uploads if they pause or stop part way through A progress bar will now show during an upload. Improved behaviour when the app enters the background during an upload. Will now notify you if the upload halts. Vastly improved view on tablets.

Support for Recording on iOS 15

Fixed an issue that would allow users to start recording before their stream was ready.

- Phone will no longer go to sleep while uploading - Uploads up to 3 weeks old will now temporarily show in the past tab. - Fixed an issue with the offline flow sometimes showing your network conditions under rare circumstances. - Disabled the adaptive bitrate option as it was impacting the saved video quality.

Improvements to upload functionality and stability. Uploads should no longer hang or get stuck.
