I have been with SEIS since January 2024 and have to say that is a great mobile bank. The App is very easy and friendly to operate and if you need any assistance 24/7, the customer service is super courteous and professional willing and able to help you at anytime. You can use your virtual debit card anywhere and it’s totally accepted. I also have the physical card and work as well as the virtual one. Zelle and ACHs works amazingly fast and without problems. No problems with deposits of any kind. I think the only issue is a physical branch to make deposit of financial transactions but for a basic day-to-day bank is fantastic. I totally recommended. Customer Service/Help is horrible. I downloaded this app for the Cash Advance option and then was later going to look into the other options the app offers. However, you get put on a waitlist with no indication of how long you’ll have to wait - message says “up to a few hours or longer.” Their Cash Advance advertisement video asks “have you ever been in an emergency and need cash fast?” Which I was but got put on this waitlist with no waiting time limits. When you’re in an emergency you need help quickly. Will my wait be 24 hours or one week? I tried reaching out to Customer service but no response. I then tried researching on my own via their Help link and their Search for Help link and both presented a “Something’s gone wrong - content could not be loaded” error. This app needs a lot of help. I’ve since gone to MoneyLion and Earnin’. Both apps Cash Advance options were able to get me money for my emergency within minutes and I was able to communicate with Customer Service and receive a response within seconds.

This app is a blessing and a curse

So I recently had my phone stolen in an unfamiliar area which caused me to lose access to a major email I use for all my banking apps and what not and I haven’t been in a stable position to keep a real bank open In a few months so I went out of my way scabbing the internet for an alternative that I haven’t already tried and that didn’t hound me for an id photo because ya that was also stolen but I still have money to put in my wallet and it’s a lot easier to keep up with when it’s your phone that is either glued to your hand or in your back pocket… anyway I came across seis first thing that caught my eye besides the name which I thought was cute but also questioned why 6 was the feature that it was comparable not only with cash app but also Zelle which is something that not all online cards can do that is probably the biggest most unique perk for me then I realized the 6 might have stood for the devils favorite number because I am clearly an English speaking woman (from the valley) and my Spanish is not so great but I’m familiar with these platforms and i know my way around a lot of these banking apps so I pretty much know all the functionalities the problem is when there is a problem…. They often freeze the card without notification and god when I call the number for help surprise it’s in Spanish out of frustration I convinced my Spanish friend to sign up we figured it would be easier if he just got my money and transferred it to his card to get our hotel room tonight well as simple as it sounds it’s not their customer service has you on hold for hours just to give u a runaround or tell u somthin you already knew… your card will be frozen often got frozen after his first transaction I have yet to unfreeze mine kuz I don’t know what their saying not to mention I am missing a deposit of $400 that should have come through hours ago smh I can’t get much help without screensottibg everything and running it through a translator but other than that it’s great some would say amazing very colorful I just wish it where more diverse lol

As I tried to make and account it needed to verify my identity as I accidentally put my old address instead my current address I tried to change and cancel everything I waited almost 5 HOURS for a response and when they finally answered it was to delete the app and when I asked a follow up question it goes dead silent that I want o cancel and delete my account but I get no help at all terrible costumer service
