I got Cats and Soup a few months ago and expected to get bored of it quickly because it’s an idle game but I didn’t. If anything I play it a lot more. It’s really cute and relaxing but not boring. The outfits, furniture, events, themes etc make it interesting. The bgm is pretty and I like that you can collect songs and change them. The cats are really cute and the animations are smooth, the design and aesthetic is adorable. However there is a glitch with the claw machine. Sometimes when the capsules run out in the machine and it restocks, the claw at the top keeps holding on to a capsule, and there’s no way to get another capsule without letting go but then that wastes a claw. However that’s the only glitch I noticed. Another thing is I wish there was an “update all” button or something because it gets kind of annoying to hold down the button especially when there’s a lot to update. Also I wish there was more of a tutorial at the beginning. The game is fairly easy to figure out but sometimes I won’t understand how to do things, like when there was one of the events where you could exchange seashells for prizes I didn’t know you could do that so I just didn’t use any of the shells and didn’t get any of the prizes. I also couldn’t figure out what the star macarons were for and how the stars worked so I fed it to a low level cat and sort of wasted it. But overall the game is very cute and fun and you should definitely download it.

Sure, a lot of ads are offered to get more coins and stuff but at least they’re not forced on you at random like most other games. You get the experience of getting super cute cats that cook soup (while you’re not playing too so you get rewards still) with ads if you choose so you can boost your gains. It’s so cute! Living in a world where ads are shoved down our throats by every single thing imaginable, I’m thankful this game has optional ones and I find myself more willing to watch them because of that, and also because the cute cats and rewards are so worth it. I don’t understand why others are complaining and giving one stars for it when bill board signs on the side of highways show you ads, tv shows, streaming services, other games show you ads, and 95% of them are not optional. I love this game, and I’m more than willing to watch ads for the developers because it’s worth it to me. I can get more stuff that I need to build my little kitty kitchen, support the developers, and the rewards are pretty good too! It’s not like you’ll watch an ad to get one-20 coins, it’s a lot more. This game is so cute & everything about it is worth it in my book! I also love that the developers are so active, I’ve found they update about 3x a month. Thank you guys for making such a cute kitty game without forcing the ads on anyone! It’s a nice breath of fresh air surrounded by absolute cuteness! My boyfriend and I have been going on about our kitties all day and cooing at them lol! Such an amazing game
The cat tower furniture alignments need more options

First of all, I fell in love with the game the first time I played it. It’s one of the very few mobile games where I don’t mind the use of excessive (yet optional) adds. That being said, this new “cat tower” update was the final touch. I’m sold. However, while I’ve only been playing the game for a couple of weeks and thus don’t have options to lots of furniture, some issues are quickly glaringly obvious. A main example, it’s impossible to rotate chairs and couches to face tv’s and entertainment centers. It’s a frustrating experience to be granted such freedom of design in an adorable game, and then have the moment crushed because your furniture won’t rotate the right way. This game isn’t supposed to challenge your interior design skills to figure out how to make it look good anyway, it’s supposed to be relaxing. I recognize that if you turn the furniture backwards it won’t show off the nice textures, and that it’ll be a small pain to have to retexture the back of a furniture in order to be able to rotate it. Even still, It was enough of a jarring experience that I decided (for the first time ever) to write a review. Considering the popularity of other home design games, it can be expected to bring in a larger player base. I can’t imagine it’ll be that successful with such a limited design package. It’ll make the fans you already have (like me) more happy, at least. Again, big fan, and I hope you take it into consideration when reviewing the recent update.

this app is amazing! it's so cute, i love watching my little hardworking kittens whizz around and work together to create food! and watching them take little breaks under the tree or bouncing on the trampoline is just amazing! i even got my boyfriend to play the game and he loves it too! it really is so much fun to play and to watch! my only few recommendations would be to make an option for the "double working time" to last longer. like instead of 5 minutes maybe 10 or 15 or even 30 minutes. even if i have to pay a little to upgrade to that i would do it immediately. also, i think the wait time for fishing bait should be a lot shorter, or there should be different ways for us to get fish, like buying it with our earned coins, or watching we 3 videos and get all 5 baits replaced right then so we could get more fish to feed the cats. right now i have 8 cats and am getting 5 fish to feed them, and then if i waited for all the bait to be refilled it would take 10 hours and i think that’s a little ridiculous. especially since most fish don’t even fill one heart for a cat and the cats have like 10 hearts. And please add mini games too so we can do some things to keep ourselves occupied while we wait for the cats! maybe a fishing mini game as a way to get more fish! But other than these few suggestions that I hope are added soon, i love this game and please keep up the good work!
