I think this app is doing about the same that the phone offers for blocking calls. It doesn’t really seem much different. However it does offer SMS blocking. I find it strange that it just blocks everything especially if it is someone calling that isn’t in your contacts. Which is the same function as the iPhone already provides. So does it work? I think so. Does it work better than what is already built into the phone? At this moment, I would say “no, not really.” I know everyone is pushing AI as some fix all. If they claim it, which I believe they do, then I don’t see much AI’ing going on. It would be valuable if they simply had a database of known spam numbers rather than me developing that list for them. There doesn’t seem to be that with this app. I have to tell it if something is spam or it does go by a default “not in contacts” block/mark as spam. Who knows? Maybe they just collect my info and sell it to companies? Excuse me, I mean Third party partners. It does feel I’ve gotten more spam calls since then. Again, who knows. I should’ve only gotten the monthly subscription as opposed to yearly subscription. I just don’t know if there is a value in the service or does it even provide anything over the current features of my iPhone 14 Pro. I really don’t think so. I think I will pass on recommending this app and service. If I find it’s better than what’s already built into the iPhone then, I may change this review. We’ll see.

I’ve used NomoRobo since 2023 until I had to cancel it because at the time I changed phone carriers it didn’t support Spectrum Mobile. It did but the full features weren’t supported like it was with Verizon. I decided to check today to see if anything changed within the past couple months and it did so I ditched RoboKiller and back to NomoRobo! I love NomoRobo. Ever since I discovered NomoRobo it stops 99% of calls. Once in a while it’ll cancel a call I might be expecting but I always go through the screen call list to see if it’s a call I was expecting but didn’t go through or if a message was left. I also love nomoRobo because it has a list where I can add blocked numbers. Thank you nomorobo for giving Spectrum Mobile customers the full support just like Verizon Wireless! I’m not sure what exactly changed but thank you so much for whatever was done! I always recommend NomoRobo because it really is the best app to screen unwanted calls, another thing is when I look up a number it also lists the name of the caller or business.

I hardly ever review apps but felt compelled to write one for Nomorobo. It works, I really love the call screening feature for non-spam numbers it has where the virtual agent will let me know who is calling and place the caller on hold until I accept / reject call. I was a bit skeptical at first about the call forwarding setup but after trying it for a couple of weeks I cannot recommend it enough. No robó calls have been allowed through and no important non-spam numbers have been blocked due to the call screening feature!The only app suggestion I have as a multi-esim user is I would love the app to support its features on more than one line. As a Canadian ex pat I have both a Canadian and US number and cannot take full advantage of this on both lines. This is the only reason I did not give the app a perfect score. For single-line users this app should work like a charm.
