Add your goals and training focus, then choose from a wide variety of pre-made workouts or let the aqua move app create individually-tailored exercise sessions. Select your aqua exercise equipment for sessions that increase resistance and intensity.

Choose between Shallow Water and Deep Water workouts, with training focuses of strength, cardio, flexibility & mobility, balance, Deep Water Running and aerobic exercise.

Exercise with a focus on a body part such as your lower back, shoulder, knee, hip and more. Personalised sessions designed to accommodate for all levels of mobility and flexibility based on your movement and wellbeing information. Perfect for those who have difficulty exercising on land.
All types of exercise adapt and progress session-to-session based on your feedback and preferences with aqua move technology. All sessions can be adapted to use the equipment you have available, such as paddles, noodles, dumbbells, weights, kickboard, buoyancy belt, ball, balance cushion, resistance band, half inflated arm band, chair, resistance fins, weights or frisbees.
