From using pest routes for over two years up until the first of the month we had to switch over to this new app and I have been having such a hard time with this app from it not loading correctly to the maps and the biggest problem is when I lock my device when I am submitting my ticket it will clear out everything I put in there, I’ve been able to find a workaround for this by pressing save on the clients account pressing save multiple times but even with that the app still kicks me out of the app so for example if I arrive at a house and check in and then while I’m doing the service after I go to plug in the products the app doesn’t save my clock in time so I have to guess.

This app was my first ever to touch when I first got in to pest control Career over the years I went to other pest controls and finally came back to this one it’s really great app works well very simple like it supposed too. I just ask if the app gets a little fixed on the lower power usage though it doesn’t like when it’s on kinda lags even when I’m on the docs to grab a observation photo on acc. The best part i love about this app is the maps can be more efficient going to the close acc possible. We should have the ability to search our customers on the catalog and also add on a customer to our route of the day which could be really awesome if added.

I’ve used pest routes for years and I must say the new app is a downgrade from pest routes. The color of pins are very similar so it’s hard to tell black pins from blue pins, I could see this being a problem for people who are colorblind. I also hate how you can only load small sections of pins when on sales routes you could load a whole area. Also the map works way slower on field routes and honesty I get such a headache from looking at the map from the way everything is blown up and how small all the pins and customer stars. I mean I could go on and on about every detail on how I’d prefer sales routes over their new app. Honestly at this point I feel like you guys are taking a step even further back. I’ve literally haven’t met anyone that is happy about you guys switching software. The new app needs major rework!

Just downloaded this app yesterday on my work phone. The one my company has been using for the last 3-4 years got bought out. Within the first stop, it crashed twice. The app brought me back to the main checking screen. I checked for an updated version to see if that’s what the problem was and it’s updated to the recent version. ( Field Routes version 1.15.1 v137 (C) ) Theres bugs that need to be fixed in this app. I’m told we’re going to have to switch to this app by April 1st because our other one will be gone. From looking at the other reviews on this app, seems like it’s not going to be a fun experience. They just tell you to contact customer service without giving a definitive answer. This program costs the company a LOT of money. You’d think they’d use that money to fix the problems.
