I’ve been using the CityVet app to book my pet’s appointments and it has honestly made things so much easier. Booking is quick, the reminders come right when I need them, and checking/uploading my pet’s records only takes a second! The app has gotten better over time and it runs really smoothly now.

I originally called to make an appointment and they suggested I get the app since my information was already in the system. I put my info in the app in the already have an account but first time logging in. It said it couldn’t find my account so no biggie I went to create new account for new clients. Then it said whoops, account already exists. So I thought that I originally put in the incorrect info like a typo or something. Apparently that wasn’t the case. I tried at least 10 times for it to finally work only for it to tell me that my number was blocked and I had to use a different number or email. So I had to back track once again because the app exited me out. The absolute most frustrating thing. Then I was finally able to get it to confirm my email. Once again I was exited out of the app after signing in. Then after I finally get in the app it says I have no upcoming appointments even though I have a confirmed appointment coming up. This app needs a lot of improvement to make it smoother for logins.
Really don’t think the app works

I feel like the app doesn’t work. It doesn’t hold any documentation of labs done during a visit. I’ve uploaded my puppies vaccine records and they don’t show up on my end and I don’t think show up in the vet’s end either because our puppy was given shots she doesn’t need. I put in an appointment request and it doesn’t look like it went through as there is nothing in the app and I haven’t heard anything back from the vet office. I like City Vet in general the care is quality but the communication and the app are poor quality.
