中心以“建立现代企业、开发农产品、打造特色品牌”为发展理念，将逐步建全研发基地、种植基地、加工基地、贮藏基地和物流基地。将一如既往、始终如一地以质量为生命，以创新为动力，以社会责任为发展使命，坚持不忘初心，为中国的农产品现货产业融入全球经济一体化的大市场提供一个全新的和权威的订单购销平台。
