WHAT YOU CAN DO • Today — see at a glance what matters today: training, tasks, and focus points from your coach • Chat — send messages, photos, and videos straight to your coach • Workouts & results — follow your program and review what you’ve achieved together • Movement Analysis — film or analyze movement with Live Analysis and video upload (indicative only; not a medical diagnosis) • Food Scanner — scan your meal and get nutrition insight (subscription may be required) • Agenda — view your coach’s available times and book easily • Heart Rate — work with Polar sessions when your coach enables them • Socials — share updates, like, and reply in the community • Intake & profile — give your coach the context they need WHO IT’S FOR Clients, athletes, and anyone who wants guided training with a coach through Aventuz Academy Coach. IMPORTANT Movement Analysis and Food Scanner are support tools for coaching and self-insight. They do not replace medical or therapeutic advice.
