١- الإطلاع على الوجبات المختارة من قبلك حسب التاريخ.
٢- التعديل على الوجبات التي ستصلك بعد ٣ أيام وأكثر.
٣- إيقاف استلام الوجبات في حال رغبت بذلك ، ولك حرية الإختيار لعدد أقصى ٧ أيام من فترة الإشتراك وسيتم تعويض هذه الأيام بعد الإشتراك.
٤- حساب السعرات الحرارية والبروتين والدهونات للوجبات التي تم تناولها من قبلك في الفترات السابقة.
٥- يمكنك تحديد الأطعمه الغير مرغوبه أو التي تسبب لك الحساسية حتى يتم استبعادها من قبل طهاتنا عند إعداد الوجبات الخاصة بك.
At Love Diet food, we understand the daily struggles that keep you from achieving the goals you've set for a healthy lifestyle, whether it's gaining muscle, or losing weight.
So we created the Love Diet Foods app to produce and deliver healthy, nutritious and delicious food.
We have a subscription service with various packages, you can choose what suits you, and then choose the wonderful nutritious meals prepared by us.
With the Love Diet Foods app, you can:
1- View the meals chosen by you by date.
2- Amending the meals that you will receive after 3 days or more.
3- Stop receiving meals if you wish, and you are free to choose a maximum number of 7 days from the subscription period, and these days will be compensated after subscribing.
4- Calculate the calories, protein and fats for the meals that you have eaten in previous periods.
5- You can identify the foods that you do not want or that cause you allergies so that they are excluded by our chefs when preparing your meals.
