These percussion modules are really nice quality and I find them to be very useful and accurate. I am a drummer and percussionist and can play these myself, but I use these apps all the time because of the excellent and controlled sound quality.

I have every one of Mr. Martinez‘s apps, and I try to use each one at every gig. I tell people about the app all the time. Probably sold dozens of these. It would be nice to have some direct customer support after spending well over $200 on the apps and the add-ons. With that said, Indian drummer is outstanding. I use it for a quote within you without you“. The drone is very effective and people are transported back to the days of George Harrison and Ravi Shankar. I have many clock sinking all my delays on my Chapman stick guitar strings, synthesizer, and vocal effects. Works great. Mr. Martinez, if you’re out there, I would love to ask some simple questions that you might be able to help me with.This is a great app. Highly recommended.

I have a five of the apps offered by Lumbeat. Each one has been very useful. I was just curious about the Indian Drummer. I decided to just purchase it on a whim. I explored the app a little, and the decided to just use it to jam for a bit… 647 measures (of five beats) later, I was finally able to stop it. … needless to say I easily had enough fun to justify the price. I can see how it can be useful for practice, and composition work. One suggestion I have is for us who are less able to count complex beats, it would be nice to have a visual representation of each beat: for example 1, 2, etc… or, maybe I just have to work on my counting. Again thank you. I’m back to having more fun. Peace

Your suggestion about a visual beat counter is a great one, especially for odd time signatures where keeping track can get tricky, we've noted it for future updates. One fatal flaw

First, I’ll say that the feature set of this app is great. I also love that the tanbura functions independently of the sequencer. This is really good.I’ll also say that I have mid-east drummer as well, and I’m completely happy with it.The one fatal flaw is the tuning. Unfortunately my sa is D, and there are no samples in D. If you even slightly tune the drums, they immediately lose fidelity and become distorted, even if you tune up to pitch, which with most samplers is not an issue. Here, you get distorted sounds when tuning in either direction. It is not very nice.Developer, if you will either include samples of tabla, pakhawaj, and mridangam in D, or improve the sample fidelity when tuning, I will raise my review to 5 stars.
