Unauthorized Payment - You Could Be Charged $9.99 A Week! Do NOT Download!!

Warning to anyone that may download- Do NOT do it!! I never leave negative reviews..but this has made me super upset. I never purchased this subscription, yet have been charged $9.99 a week for two weeks. I downloaded the app for my toddler to play for what they offered free. My toddler played it and wasn’t that into it so I deleted it. I then realized I was being charged $9.99 a week, unfortunately after the 2nd payment!! Although I canceled right away, I still have to pay for something I’m not using nor authorized payment. My toddler must of clicked purchase. The thing is I have where I have to do Face ID or password and I never did that. I do not understand how my son would have accidentally paid. Never has happened and he plays games frequently on my phone!! Now for an app he played a few minutes on I have been charged $20..very upset! I should be refunded and if I do I will update this review. If not, do not download thinking your toddler will get to play for free and be surprised with the ridiculous $9.99 a week!

My son loves it and I’m fine with paying for content, development and upkeep costs money. But 10 bucks a week? I couldn’t even get past the first screen without agreeing to the 3 day trial and then pay 10 a week. That’s 40 a month! Every game he plays has some of of subscription, the games that are 5 bucks for life are great. I’m tired of these costly subscriptions, what is 60 to 70 a year should be like 20 or 30Again it’s not that it costs money that I have a problem with. It’s the high amount, preying on parents wanting to make their kids happy. If there is a cheaper monthly option for this game, that should be the one offered upfront unless they are hoping people won’t check and will overpay by forgetting they subscribed to the weekly. That’s predatory too. Cool game but it’s just way to expensive.

I downloaded the free version but as soon as I opened the app, I couldn’t get past the purchase a subscription screen.$10 a WEEK for a toddler’s game?? The devs are either super high or they are banking on your kids making purchases without permission so as not to give you a refund, per the many other negative reviews about said exact scenario.If I could give zero stars then I would for these sorry creators. I’m glad there are thousands of other games to choose from…forget this game.
