What's new in 1.7.28 • The app could crash right at startup, on some iPads every time. This is fixed. • You can now delete documents you uploaded to a work order yourself, even if you are not an admin. This applies to documents uploaded from this version on. The app now also asks before a document is deleted. • Notifications are more reliable, also when the app has been running for a long time. • If you are removed from a company on the web, the app switches right away to another company you belong to, or signs you out if there is none. • The housing type is now called Småhus, as on the web. • Mark a work order with a colour tag in its internal title, as on the web. • The internal title and internal description on a work order are now yellow fields, as on the web. • Warnings on scanned purchases are now shown as readable text. • Admins now see a clear warning when an invoice is overdue or the account is closed. • On iPad, the app crashed when a customer card was opened. This is fixed. • The order number on a calendar event now always opens the right order. A new event no longer closes before it is saved, and you are told if no calendar is selected or something goes wrong. • Moving or copying materials happens only once, even if you tap twice. • When you search in a list, for example among signature templates, the item you tap is now the one chosen, and search also works on an iPad with a keyboard. • A new work location you add to a work order now shows in the list right away, without closing and reopening it. • Stability improvements.

What's new in 1.7.27 • When the app needs to download all your data again, for example after a larger update, it now shows how far it has come and roughly how long is left. The screen stays on meanwhile, and the download continues when the app is in the background. • If the phone doesn't have enough storage to download the data, the app says so instead of standing still. • The app could crash when switching between the list and the map of work orders. This is fixed. • A work order's description and internal notes are now saved even if you swipe the sheet down or leave the app. The text could previously be lost. • A new time entry is now always proposed on the day you picked. It could previously land on the next day when the day was already full. • Time over several days and materials are saved only once, even if you tap Save twice. This could previously create duplicates. • If your role is changed on the web, the app follows right away, without signing out. • Forms open faster, and you are told if a form could not be created.

What's new in 1.7.26 • Forms are now kept on your phone and open without coverage. Each form used to be downloaded only when you opened it. • Quotes are kept on your phone too and work without coverage. • The documents tab could show nothing right after signing in until the app was restarted. Documents now load the first time. • Mowz: the celebration for a new milestone or reward could play twice, and someone in two companies using Mowz could see old milestones presented as new. Both are fixed. • Adding workers to an order responds right away, and you can tap anywhere on the row. It sometimes took two taps before. • You can write messages on an order or quote even when no worker is assigned, for example a note ahead of the job. • A pinned message shows on the order card in the order list right away. • Time report: the note field moves up above the keyboard while you type, and the Dictate bar above the keyboard is gone. The microphone in the field is still there. • Materials from scanned receipts get the receipt's date instead of today's date. • Dark mode: white products such as sockets, frames and cables now show fully white. Parts of them could look grey and see-through before.

• The app is considerably faster in companies with many work orders. Opening an order took several seconds and is now near-instant, and the list no longer stalls when you come back from an order. • "Add material": the suggestions showed the wrong number of times an article had been used, and articles could be missing from the list entirely. Usage is now counted correctly and the search is faster. • Your search in the work order list is kept when you open an order and come back. The text could previously stay in the search box while the list showed every order. • Mowin Lots is switched off in this version. Lots is automatic time tracking and it keeps location services running continuously, which used a lot of battery. To turn it back on: go to the time report, tap the Lots card and choose the gear in the top right. Your existing Lots data is kept. • The app uses less battery generally. Several features kept working in the background after you switched tabs or left a screen.

• Messages has a redesigned composer – a wider field that grows with your text, with the attachment, GIF, voice and send buttons within reach. • Send GIFs, stickers and memes in chat. Tap the GIF button in the composer and search. • Purchases: the number on a work order now counts only purchases that actually need handling, shown as a red badge. It used to stay put even when everything had been imported. • Purchases: the "show all purchases" switch is replaced by a clear choice between "This order" and "All purchases", with a line explaining what you are looking at. • Navigation: when you open an address you can pick from the navigation apps installed on your phone, such as Waze, Google Maps and Apple Maps. • Purchases: lines from a receipt or supplier invoice that printed only a line total were imported onto the work order without a price. The unit price is now derived from the line total. • The app uses less battery. The quote list refetched itself repeatedly whenever anyone in the company created a work order, which could make the phone warm. It now refreshes only when a quote actually changes. • The time, travel and material lists no longer jump to the wrong place while you scroll them after adding rows. • If a time, travel or material entry cannot be saved you are now told. It could previously look saved when it was not, and the app now retries automatically. • The work order list is faster, especially in companies with many orders. • Purchases: you can see which work order a handled receipt was added to, both in the list and on the receipt itself. • Documents and images: the newest are at the top, every row shows its date, and you can sort by date or name. If you have many documents they all show now; some used to drop out of the list. • Fixed texts that were showing in English, including Interntid in the time report.

• Messages is now a real chat – direct messages and group chats with colleagues, reactions, replies with threads, @mentions and pinned messages that also show on the work order and in the order list. Set a profile picture under My profile – take a selfie with the camera guide or pick a photo – and your colleagues will see it, and the app icon shows your unread count. • Send more than text – photos, video and documents, capture straight from the camera, and links show a preview. Phone numbers, email addresses and links are tappable. • Purchases: scan receipts and supplier invoices with the camera – the contents are read automatically and the rows can be attached to the right work order. Now also reachable straight from the work order's materials tab. • Number fields get a calculator row above the keypad (+ − × ÷), and material search suggests words as you type. • Bug fixes: two common crashes fixed, forms no longer jump to the top when you tick a checkbox and they open faster, the customer discount on materials is calculated correctly again, bookings without a title now show the order instead, and addresses land more precisely on the map.

• EDI order confirmations are now in the app – admins can review purchases and add the material rows to the right work order, and the order's materials tab shows confirmations belonging to that order. • Admins can now view the company's quotes in the app – a list with status and filters, and a detail view with customer, rows and a summary with contribution margin. Read-only for now – create and edit on the web. • Redesigned message list – clear unread marker, a menu for read/unread and delete, and a button that takes you straight to the work order.

- The barcode scanner has a new mode that shows every code in view so you can pick the right one — handy when a label carries several codes. Switch modes with the icon in the camera view. - Work orders can now require forms to be completed before they are started or finished. Admins can choose to proceed anyway. - Checklists now keep their order — checked items no longer jump to the top. - The calendar now only shows calendars and events you have access to. - Improved order search (also matches internal description, handles Nordic characters) plus bug fixes for price edits and order links.

• You stay signed in — no need to log in every time you open the app. A new sign-out button is on the profile page, and the "Stay signed in" setting can be turned off if you prefer to log in each time. • Move or copy materials between orders straight from the materials tab — select rows, pick a target order and adjust quantities. • The map in the order list can now show wholesaler branches — filter by wholesaler and call or navigate there with one tap. • The planning widget now shows upcoming days' events once today's are done, so you can see Monday's jobs on Friday. • Mowz has new hand-drawn icons for all milestones.

• Fixed: PDF documents can now always be scrolled and zoomed — previously the viewer could freeze until the app was restarted. • The PDF viewer now shows which page you're on, e.g. "Page 1 of 3". • Fixed: the Documents tab on the customer card now loads its documents right away. • Fixed: documents uploaded on the customer card are now stored in the same place as on the web, so both show the same documents.

• New Planning home-screen widgets — see your upcoming days and bookings at a glance. • Fixed: time entries for deleted work orders no longer appear in the time report. • Various under-the-hood performance and stability improvements.

- You can again create a new order from the "+" button on iPad. - The time report now marks the correct day even when the date rolls over — no need to restart the app. - Fixed a crash that could occur when viewing wholesaler article images. - Non-image documents (e.g. PDFs) now open in their original quality instead of a compressed version.

- Dark mode — The app now follows your phone's light/dark setting automatically. Choose light, dark, or system in your profile. - Quick order form — Tap + in the order list and choose "Quick form" to create a customer, address, and contact in one step. - Type the amount directly — Tap the pencil next to the amount wheel (time/travel) to type the value with the keyboard instead of swiping. - Condominium addresses — You can now enter the housing association's org. number and apartment number when adding a condominium address. - Bug fixes & stability — Fewer crashes (including when adding materials), forms no longer reorder, and order totals and per-diem travel now show correctly.

- You can now mark a form as Done directly — no need to close and reopen it first. Completed forms show as green in the list again. - Forgot password works again. - Customer search now finds customers by their contact person's name, and multi-word searches work. - New app icon.

- When you create a new customer, the customer card now opens automatically so you can fill in the details right away. - Material, time and travel rows no longer jump around in the list while you're editing. - Time entries are now saved rounded to the whole minute, so your reported hours and completed days stay consistent across the app and the web. - Travel/quantity: You can now enter larger quantities on travel — the number wheel goes higher, and values you type above the wheel are kept (previously they could be reduced automatically). - Order list status filter: Unchecking a status (e.g. Invoiced) now correctly hides those orders. Previously invoiced/completed orders could still appear even when unchecked. - Contacts on an order: Adding a contact to a work order now shows the customer's contacts instead of every contact in the whole organisation. You can still search to find any contact. - Calendar: Adding an order to a colleague's calendar now works correctly and lands in the right place. In the order overview each booking shows once, and initials show whose calendar a booking is on. - Switching organisation: You now get the correct order view immediately when switching organisation (previously admins could lose their overview until the app was restarted).

- Time report: hours that belong to quotes no longer count toward your weekly total — only invoiced and internal time. - Time and travel codes: when a customer has a recommended code, it's suggested first in the picker. - Order list: the search bar no longer disappears after sync, and in-progress orders without an assigned worker now show correctly for admins. - Materials: price-list articles without their own surcharge now automatically get the organization's default surcharge. - AI dictation: the new microphone button sits as a small icon in the top-right of the text field. - Smaller fixes: empty space at the bottom of the screen after swiping the keyboard away, and a more reliable notification chip for auto time tracking.

- The Diktera button (AI text clean-up) now also appears on feedback, signatures, and calendar events. - Article search: the full article list now loads as you scroll — previously it stopped after the first page when the search box was empty. - Time report no longer shows quote-related entries as "Internal time". - Stability improvements.

- Signatures: fixed a crash that could happen when several signatures were edited in quick succession. - Fixed-price orders: the materials total in the bottom price bar now displays correctly. - Time codes now respect the sort order admins set up in dropdowns. - The material card now shows the date under the worker's name, and the "Add worker" list no longer shows users who have been removed from the organisation. - Small fixes: notes and customer names start with a capital letter, EDI materials can be edited by anyone, and empty form titles no longer show placeholder text.

- AI Dictate — Tap the new Dictate button above the keyboard on order description, internal description, and time-entry notes. Speak — the AI writes it down and offers three variants to pick from (polished, professional, informal). - Tap to copy — On an order, tap the customer name, work address, "your order number", or the order number at the top to copy it. - Hold to copy descriptions — Long-press the internal title, work description, or internal description to copy the full text.

- Signing and previewing signatures now open directly inside the app with your session — no more redirects that could log you out. - The weekly time summary now compares against expected hours so far this week, not the full week. On Tuesday afternoon you'll see 16/16 (100%), not 16/40. - Assigning a customer to a work order now attaches all the right contacts automatically — same behavior as the web.

- When you enter a personal number, the app now warns you if it looks invalid — so wrong numbers don't carry over into your tax applications. You can still save - Deep links — tap a Mowin link to an order or customer (in email, calendar, messages) and the app opens directly on the right page. - Address picker on work orders — now shows the correct address type (invoice/delivery/visiting/work location) per row, and removes duplicates left over after a saved invoice address had been edited. - Order list search — now also matches the work-location label (e.g. "Warehouse 2"), so named work locations are findable in search.

- Add the same time entry to multiple days at once. The time entry form now has a new "add for multiple days" toggle. Pick individual days or a date range, and choose whether to skip weekends and holidays.

- Article search now uses customer-specific prices when you search from inside an order — no more looking up a custom price and typing it manually. - Admins can edit the price of individual time and travel entries directly from the row, no need to go to the web. - Stability improvements behind the scenes.
