First off im just going to say that you can tell that a lot of time and effort went into creating this app! All interactive story games are the same nowadays, romance romance romance and small amounts, if any, of other genres (mystery/thriller/horror). This game doesn’t force you to romance people, and rather it’s an option in other side stories/cases that boost your relationship with that person. So thank you Criminal Stories! We appreciate that because not all of us want romance. Second, you get to choose and buy different outfits at any time in the story and decorate yours and your teams offices with the gems and cash you earn through solving cases and daily gifts. You also get ample amount of chances to watch ads to collect more gems/cash for free! This game is a popular idea with its own spin and a whole lot of heart! Please don’t ever change it because it’s perfect the way it is!

I’m trying to love this game BUT…

I love the graphics (other than the fact that there are VERY LIMITED choices for POC as far as skin tone and hair). It’s very interesting and easy to get lost in the storyline. HOWEVER, a game that I can only play for minutes at a time before I have to use jewels to continue in the logical flow of the story is asinine. I get that you guys want to make money to see an ROI for the amount of work it took to go into the game, but you already bombard us with ads, so you’re making money on the backend, even more if we download the game being advertised. I wish app developers understood that there are some players who are going to pay to play no matter what, and some who WILL NOT SPEND NO MATTER WHAT. Either offer more ways to EARN coins more frequently or make the choices/decisions cost less jewels. I really like the game and would love to see how the stories pan out but I will probably delete because I only get a brief moment of play before you want me to cough up 170 jewels. Enough is enough.

okay so my only issue is the glitch when it comes to purchasing the season pass. I have no issue spending a few bucks here and there on a game I really enjoy, but I’ve spent more than I should have because the button you’re supposed to click to purchase the season pass is blank and doesn’t do anything when you do try to press it. I keep having to make 2.99 purchases to make the decisions I want to forward my progress, and I’m not gonna spend anymore until the season pass issue is fixed. I played this game almost daily, but I have to cut my session short until I can accept the daily rewards for the next day. Please fix this!!! I’m literally trying to give you more money, but the glitch is stopping me.

I wanna say that it’s absolutely amazing on how great this game is! It includes romance AND mystery/suspense, it’s also really cool how much time and effort it took to make the game, it doesn’t even have ads not including getting gems!Although this game is amazing I really don’t like that you have to have lots of gems for very important things, I understand that to get gems you either pay money or watch ads which boosts the game but there were some choices I wanted to pick that I couldn’t because I didn’t have enough gems. All in all though I’d say this game is a 9.5/10 and I would definitely recommend playing it.
An important update — we have tidied things up under the hood so the game runs more smoothly:
• Fixed sign-in errors — logging in and loading your profile are more reliable now.
• The ad consent request now follows current privacy requirements.
• Improved the interface on newer iPhones with a notch or Dynamic Island — buttons and titles no longer overlap system elements.
• Buying value crystal packs works again.
• Fixed small issues in the shop and the interface.
