I attempted to open an account with this company to help send money to my cousin in Honduras. There was a problem with opening the account for some reason and they stated that I should check back another time. In that time, my cousin has had considerable difficulties getting access to her money. She would’ve had to pay $58 for a debit card which initially would’ve only cost her $8. Even when she transferred the money she put into the UglyCash account into my bank account, they charged her a fee for it. Overall, you would be better off with a more honest company than this with far more favorable fees.

Hello! We deeply regret that both of you had this experience. Initially, we decided to subsidize shipping the first 100 cards in each country. When Honduras, like the rest of the countries in Latin America, reached 100 card requests, we stopped subsidizing them, and the cost started to be $58. It's important to clarify that this information is public, as is the $1 fee we charge for ACH withdrawals from our app.If any of us need assistance, we'll be here.

I don’t know how these guys are getting their nice reviews but they are obviously scams. Taking advantages of people’s money. I received some amount and up to a month after submitting everything details they requested, they still haven’t given me any solid answers. For a while full month? And it’s my first experience. No prior warning, no excuses for their actions but wants to take my money for themselves. They are scam. I am still struggling to get them to open my account after a whole month. Please, run from this platform. I am an influencer and a fashion designer. I will post everything with proof

I’ve been using this app non-stop (both because of the payments O receive and because of how obsessive it is to see your money grow). Their support has been great thus far and I haven’t experienced any issues whatsoever. I’ve been able to acces my money at all times and hope to keep up this experience with the app!
