If you like hidden object games, or games that really make you have to think to figure out puzzles, then this game is for you!!! I hate I didn’t find this game sooner, but I also found it when I needed it the most. With medical issues looming in my life, which causes 24/7 pain, and the depression and anxiety that comes with it, this game has helped me stay out of my head. So, it’s also helping with my depression and anxiety. That’s a huge plus for me. This game is challenging but not impossible. And I don’t mind having to watch a quick ad for a hint when I’m stuck. I was also amazed that it had so many stories to choose from, and it’s for FREE. So far I haven’t had to pay for any of the stories to play. And the storylines even pull me in. I plan to play and complete every single one they have. I’m 40 years old and it’s becoming one of my favorite games. Download it and try it for yourself. It’s so worth it!

For far I completed 5 stories, here are somethings that I like and dislike about this game. The good part is there are a lot options of games and no ads, don't have to wait too long for the keys to unlock new location. On the another side, first of all, the game didn't merged well enough, which ends up with some bugs, sound effect, gif effect not properly shown, touching not sensitive, ect. Second, the game story is somewhat not making sense. For example, you are trying to stop the villain in a hurry(the house is on fire), then you need to spend 10-20 more mins to find proper tool to finish the battle. The house will burn down by then. Other games having similar issue but not bad as this one, special you might need to complete several puzzles to get the tool. Which leads to the third part that I dislike and decide to delete. The puzzle instructions are unclear enough, some of the puzzles are really hard (or maybe I just dumb) that lead you the spend money to skip(or watch ads for coins to reduce hardness). Some puzzles are not hard but having too many steps and if you miss one you have to start all over wich also leads to skip. And that is spending your real money. I end up gaining more stress by playing this game. So after struggle with these problems all at the same time within same game today, I decide to quit.

Great until the latest update. Most of my games don’t work now

I loved this game, up until the latest update. Love there is no ads, I stopped playing most of all the other apps and only play Mystery Files. After the last update the three games I was in the middle of don’t work. One screen is all black, another one just shuts down the app when I open it and the other one I need the map to proceed which I did have at one point but it suddenly disappeared from my items collected. I have had to delete the games which I was in the middle of because I couldn’t proceed my further. I lost all progress only to replace it with an additional games that doesn’t work. Most upset that I have wasted my coins that I was collecting thinking I was missing the next step somehow. I’ve wasted at least 60 coins, keys as well as the red gems. Only to replace it with another game that doesn’t work. One of the newer games I downloaded is stuck on “preparing the new location”. So basically I can no longer play any of the games. I’m so irritated that I wasted everything and yet still can’t play. I am going to have to find a different app, one that works and I wont throw all the time I spent and progress I made when the game stops working and wont let you proceed any further. Prior to this I would have given it 5 stars.

Puzzle Bugs

This game is really fun. I love the puzzles and story. But I have noticed that some puzzles are not working correctly. For example the one with the hands and feet at the snow climbing from Snowy Escape, it won’t let me finish the puzzle because my hands and feet cannot reach the top. There’s also one with gargoyle faces from the Halloween Hotel one where you have to connect them without using the same faces, but the connect line doesn’t show up no matter what faces you press. Now I’m stuck on the Behind the Doll Eye mystery, in the cemetery, there’s a little mini game to get the crown and the buttons won’t let me move the pieces to the correct shapes because it won’t move left or right at certain areas and only moves to take you to the heart shape when you need a club. In order to pass the first few glitchy puzzles, I had to use my diamonds. But I don’t now want to keep paying for diamonds/gems when it’s not my fault the puzzles are not working correctly. I’ve looked up walkthroughs and they are able to complete the puzzles easily and when I try to do the exact same thing, it doesn’t not work. Please fix! I will not be playing the game until it is fixed because you cannot move past the stage without completing the puzzle😭 it’s extremely frustrating.
