Whole Communities-Whole Health
Free
Note: This app is only for use by participants in the WCWH Cohort Study.
The Whole Communities–Whole Health app, called Hornsense, is the primary portal for cohort participants to engage with the study. Through the app, participants can track study materials they receive including sample collection kits, in-home sensing devices, and wearable devices. Also in the app, participants will complete periodic surveys about their health, well-being, and environment. A built-in dashboard allows participants to view data they contribute, including data sensed on their smartphones, survey responses, and sample results. The app also includes the ability for participants to compare their results to aggregated, anonymized data from their broader community.
