+ Không bắt ràng buộc NNT phải có CCCD mới được tạo tờ khai 02/QTT-TNCN gợi ý
+ Bổ sung ràng buộc chỉ tiêu theo yêu cầu nghiệp vụ đáp ứng nâng cao tỷ lệ hoàn tự động
