Buyers Beware!
I signed up for an open pole month package and it automatically renewed without telling or asking me and when I wrote to them to let them know I did not want to renew, they said they don’t offer refunds. So not only do you rarely get to join the open pole slots because they are usually always booked (I wasn’t able to go for the last 2 weeks because there were no open spot when I wanted to go), but now I’m charged $60 for something I didn’t ask for and I can’t use because I’m going out of town. Terrible business! I do not recommend to anyone.
