The Vellner Program is live. Hybrid strength & conditioning, one theme per day, adapted to your gym and your level.
ARDOR is a personalized training platform for functional fitness. Every workout is designed by a coach and adapted to you: your equipment, your schedule, your ability, and how you're recovering.
One workout. Built around you.
THE VELLNER PROGRAM
Hybrid strength and conditioning designed with 5x CrossFit Games medalist Pat Vellner. Six days a week, one theme per day: Olympic lifting, sprint conditioning, bodybuilding, engine work, gymnastics, and a weekly grind. Pick your duration — 30 minutes, an hour, or a full session — and ARDOR fits the day to it.
ADAPTS TO YOU
- Your gym: swap movements for the equipment you actually have
- Your time: the same session, sized to the window you've got
- Your level: same stimulus for a beginner and a Games athlete, different loads
- Your day: readiness and recovery shape what you're asked to do
PREDICTS, THEN LEARNS
Enter one number — a time, a weight — and ARDOR predicts the rest. Every result you log sharpens the next workout. The program gets more yours every week.
TRAIN TOGETHER
Relative leaderboards that measure effort, not just output. Share any workout with a friend and ARDOR adapts it to them automatically. Community chat and kudos from people who understand what you just did.
MONTHLY ATHLETE CHALLENGES
Each month a partner athlete publishes an open workout to the whole community. Open it and it's already scaled to you. Post your result, climb the board, and enter the monthly draw. Entries are always free — no purchase necessary. Availability varies by region; see ardor.fitness/draw-rules.
FOR CROSSFIT, HYROX, AND HYBRID ATHLETES
Built for people who train hard and want programming that keeps up.

I’ve been using Ardor for about a week. Initially had concerns about it fitting my equipment (it was prescribing kettlebells or dumbbells that I don’t have), but then realized that you can change them right before you begin the workout (try it). It’s been great ever since I figured that out, with the help of Jordan from Ardor, who emailed me back a couple times very timely and helpful. Also I’ve been really pleased with how the AI is adjusting to my fitness level, and is prescribing workouts and goals that are spot on. I like that you can also stack more than one workout in a day. For example you can do a metcon, and then separately tack on a short (or longer) strength workout. So far I’m really happy with this app, and intend to subscribe beyond the free trial.
Great app overall
Chris92user
This app is really great. Gives me good challenging workouts. Two features I would like to see added: something for swimming and the ability to shift around workout exercises as needed (not change them out like the shuffle feature). This second thing can be useful in the gym if the particular equipment you need is being used, you can just do another exercise on the list while waiting.
great base app, want updates

i have been using this app for about 4 months now. i love the way it tracks lifts and adapts your weights daily/weekly. I would really like for an option to rearrange the monthly programs so that entire days can be switched for the full 4 weeks. for example, the program wants me to do a deadlift focused day on tuesdays and a squat focused day on wednesdays; for best recovery, i want to stagger my deadlift and squat days with an arm focused day in between (ie: dl - mon, bench - tues, squat - wed). I find that the app does not have an easy way to make those small adjustments. adding this feature would make it a 5 star app for me.
Your own CrossFit trainer

Fantastic app - gives challenging but flexible workouts that cover all the bases. This has kept me motivated when working out in my garage as much as I was when I was in a CrossFit gym.
Your first workout is ready the moment you finish setup
No more empty screen after you answer a few questions. ARDOR now builds your first workout from your goals, your equipment and your starting level, and it's waiting on Today. Shuffle it, edit it, add another, or get a full program from there.
Smarter daily reminders
One reminder a day, at the time you choose, and it now knows your whole week. If you follow a community program, your reminders show the day's session ahead of time, by its name, and respect the days you've set aside to rest. If you're training on your own, reminders are personal to you, mention the kind of workout you did last, and go quiet once you've trained. Tap any reminder and you land straight on Today.
Email that actually arrives
Verification emails now come from ARDOR, so they land in your inbox instead of spam.
Fixes
• Shared challenges: editing a challenge you host now keeps its style and settings, and Revert To Original restores exactly what the host set.
• Warm-ups stay in place when you move a workout to another day.
• The Getting Started video now lives on the program screen, where it's useful, instead of on Today.
