The 2 stars is for cuteness only. I tried to connect for over an hour but nothing happened. I’ve signed up and now I bet I’m going to get a lot more spam emails. Very disappointed

It is 2025. The app should function flawlessly. It doesn't work at all, even after a WiFi reset and clearing the browser cache.I am unable to get the camera to connect to the phone, even though they are within 2 meters of one another. Additionally, the camera won't connect to my ISP-provided network, which should work given the configuration provided. $9 was too much for this camera as it isn't even large enough to hold a door open. There are also full-screen ads embedded in the app, which is ludicrous as they are not related to the cameras at all and provide no means to pay for them to turn them off.All in all, this is a miserable, worthless product.

The app is terrible. There’s literally no functions that have any effect whatsoever. downloading a video is weird and I don’t understand what it’s doing and why it takes so long to download a 20sec video! it acts like it’s downloading 1000 files! weird. not to mention the camera picture quality is terrible. You can’t see nothing with the night vision or IR whatever you wanna call it and even daytime picture is just as bad you might as well not even see anything as bad as the picture looks. Fisher price my first cell phone camera has a better picture quality than this.

In settings on the camera I cannot get the push notifications to work like when something walks by the camera it’s supposed to notify you and it doesn’t anymore. I tried resetting it and resetting the app and made sure my notifications was on and it just doesn’t work anymore. That’s one of the reasons I got the camera so when I’m out of town, I’ll know if somebody walked by the camera.
