Estoy hace 3 dias intentando recuperar el token y me mandan de soporte a mi agente y de mi agente a soporte y no puedo transferir nada muy mal hecha la app, los mensajes de confirmacion no llegan

Se cae, no se puede pagar en bulk, firmas no aparecen, se borra y cancela sola, demasiadas confirmaciones, es una pérdida de tiempo… muy INEFICIENTE!!!!

Ya es justo que actualicen la aplicación y se puede ingresar con reconocimiento facial o biométrico y que las credenciales sean aprobadas con los mismos medios desbloqueo facial

Pesimo. Ahora piden colocar una clave en el campo código email.Pero yo ya tenía configurado todo y estaba haciendo transferencias muy fácilmente. La han vuelto a enredar . No entiendo qué es lo que quieren hacer y no le compliques la vida a los clientes. Explíqueme qué es lo que quieren hacer y qué es lo que quieren que yo haga. Cada vez que hacen cambios tengo que ir a la agencia a que me digan cómo hacer y no tengo el tiempo para hacerlo. Sé que lo hacen por seguridad pero por favor paren de hacer cambios paren de hacer cambios no maltraten a los clientes
