I travel considerably from the USA to Europe or Asian countries. This was the first time using Eskimo based on a referral from a friend. I panicked when I forgot to download the eSIM prior to leaving the USA but wifi at LHR was plenty strong enough. I kept myself in airplane mode and the eSIM downloaded, and within a few minutes cell service picked up with no issues. I even had no issue with iMessage or FaceTime (I’ve had this happen with other eSIMs on my iPhone 11). Service picked up after landing in BER and FRA. I did panic a bit when it showed I was almost 50% out of data. However, that was for the free 500mb I was burning through first. Which leaves me to my only feedback for the app: Make the usability just a bit more clear to show the user has “x % of y total data left”. It look me a few moments to study the screen to see that I had not touched my 10gig yet. On the way to BRU. Hoping for same success! Good luck everyone!

Everything about Eskimo was easy from set up and usage. Even though it may be a little more expensive than some of the other eSIM out there… Eskimo is the only eSIM company out there so far that let us keep our data for 2 years before expiring. Love the fact that I won’t have unused data go to waste after my travels and I can even transfer some data to families and friends if they need data too.

Wooow I love eskimos, I love the color scheme!!! Very icy ❄️ Cute concept and ideas!!! when I gave a single star, it didn’t post my review. If you are looking for affordable phone service that doesn’t expire under a certain amount of time. Be very careful to read the fine print. You have to pay your normal phone company for your phone service data. this company claims to add DATA… ONTOP of that…. BUT For me it didn’t work at all. I couldn’t access the data at all, too many small errors that didn’t help me move forward and when I asked this company for help they refused to help me and then refused to refund me. Instead they closed down the entire chat and banned me.THIS WAS GREAT 😀 thank you 👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻
