one of the best free vpns. Havent tried many others but this one works just fine

We had a wonderful 6 months using Leap to watch our favorite U.S. apps through AppleTV while living in China (since the app has strong Chinese connections we did not feel safe using it for anything other than streaming). And when the Olympics started we LEAPT deep into all the coverage on Peacock… for four days. THEN THE APP STOPPED WORKING. I reached out to support (all in Chinese, good luck if you can’t read/write Chinese) and they very quickly told me they were blocking my account for excessive data usage. This surprised me as 1) I doubt I was the only one watching more tv than usual since the Olympics were on; and 2) I specifically subscribed to the app on my AppleTV in order to watch overseas TV and there was no mention of limiting how much TV I could watch. When it worked it was fine, but be aware that there is an unspoken limit to what Leap will let you do. Be prepared for the possibility of being dropped with no warning.

I needed VPN for 8 devices so I bought two accounts. LeapVPN constantly rejected my connection making wrong claim that my accounts were either expired or had too many devices. Wasted my money and more importantly lowered my productivity. Also, I can’t tell which iPhones are connected as the list of devices shows their names being all “iOS 18.5”. And it’s extremely hard to manage multiple devices across multiple accounts as you don’t know what to expect when you sign out and use another device to sign in. Terrible experience!

I had an account that I had been using for 2 years on 5 devices and I was pretty satisfied. However, one day my VPN stopped working while I still had 3 months active. When I contacted the customer support, they said they deleted my account and didn’t provide any clear explanation😳. They didn’t refund my 3 months and now I can’t even logout of the account on my phone. This is the worst experience I ever had for a paid VPN😡. You guys should do better.
