As a note: Not all photos work, it does have to be the right placement within the picture. I have found that straight on not to close pics turn out the best! It’s trial and error the first few. I do wish they had more song options. I have certain people who I would want certain songs for. But all and all, it is a lot of fun to get the goofy videos to send to friends and family. My 8 year old granddaughter was excited to have her picture put to a Taylor Swift song. It’s worth paying the few bucks to have unlimited/pro access. I look forward to new songs being added and more fun videos being shared with people

I personally would love to use this app and I’m personally into doing deepfakes myself but there are three big reasons that ruin the app’s experience 1 Lack of non-premium songs there’s barely any non premium songs which makes it really hard for people who aren’t able to get premium to do deepfakes cuz there’s lack of songs/options 2 Deepfakes won’t save correctly whenever I would save one of my deepfakes and would save them to photos it comes out as a big black screen that has a frozen duration. And lastly 3 choices of what is singing by that I mean who/what is singing on a deepfake as you can only do deepfakes that have real faces on them so I can’t do deepfakes on cartoon characters,logos,objects,etc so you have barely any choices of what to sing and what/who is singing please fix these 3 big problems that’s the main reason why I deleted this app.I hope they bring back Wombo ai back to the App Store soon.

This app isn’t formatted for ipad. I downloaded it to my ipad from the apple store on ipad and it didn’t look good… showing in a small phone format. I can’t pay for something that isn’t even properly formatted for my ipad device. Also the images i uploaded were cropped by the app and even though i was on free trial and on premium, every preview of a song/video clip shows with a watermark that i have to keep removing with the button option to remove watermark. There is no point of a remove watermark feature or button after a person has subscribed. The watermark should just not be there. Only show a watermark on non-subscribers stuff. If a person subscribed they don’t want to keep pressing a remove watermark button. Watermarks are automatically removed by many apps after a person subscribes. This app needs updating and improving. It is a good concept.

There are photos in which this won't work at all and for computer generated characters it doesn't work very well. We tried animating "G-man" from Half-Life and he looked like an ape,his mouth didn't open at all. There are others that are heavily distorted but for the most part it's a hit and miss thing..other than that just keep trying and some of the pictures will come out pretty good. You either have a good picture or something in between, not perfect but this is for fun. Eventually you will want to take selfies for the sake of animating and you'll get the trick.
