MEAL app is based on Harvard Medical School research, and we partner with certified nutritionists and therapists.

Meal is not a diet, it is changing lives.

I started Meal a little over a month ago and I can honestly say it is so much more than I expected. I am 65, and had rotator cuff surgery a week or so prior to starting Meal because I wanted to get fit, lose weight and get ready for retirement. I have done many diets in my life and the only ones that actually ever worked were the total fasting ones. I lost the weight and did it really quickly, problem is I could not sustain it because you have to go back to eating food and those diets never taught you how to eat real food with calories and fat and carb’s so the only thing that changed was the size of clothes I wore. Meal did not make me stop eating anything, no crazy restrictions and no starvation. Meal changed my life by introducing me to actual food and knowledge of what is different about the foods I eat and how I choose what I eat. You never walk away from a meal hungry nor do I go to bed hungry. I actually have lost weight, every day my scale changes. Meal is the best gift I have ever given myself. Again Meal is not a diet, it is a program that changes lives and allows you to live your best life because it gives you knowledge to succeed.

It is a miracle 👌👌👌how well this approach suits my nature. Scaffolded eating and fasting where your accountability to yourself is the only thing that matters. It feels a bit like winning a time-management game, and the pay-off is good health, energy, self-respect and pride. And...you are supported in a gentle, informative, targeted, non-intrusive and helpful way by professional contributors who provide guidance and education by way of digestible articles. I love everything about MEAL.😍😍😍

Good concept, terrible tech support

After paying $60 dollars for a subscription, I was expecting a top notch experience. The first problem happened when I bought the app. I had gone through the 7 day free trial and was about to delete the app cause didn’t think the cost was worth it. Then it said, if you keep the app we’ll only charge you $30 to subscribe. So I decided to take advantage of the discount…only it made me restart the journey from day , and when I updated my expired card on apple I saw that it charged me the full subscription fee! Already irritated reached out to tech support to see if they could put me on day 8 since I already did days 1-7…Mia is a robot…it doesn’t solve any problems, even if you give her a frowny face at the end of a session. Why ask us to rate customer support if you’re not going to do anything about it? Anywho…had to restart day 1-7, and it was fine till I got to day 36…it stayed stuck on that day for 2 days! So you’re telling me I paid all that money and am not getting the full benefit of my subscription? Reached out to MEAL tech support and lovely helpful Mia asked me to taje a screen shot…like that’s going to help anything. Haven’t heard from them since. If the app is not going to work, it’s nit worth your money. Wouldn’t you agree?
