We have been banking with Luana Savings since we arrived in Iowa from Arkansas 2 years ago.My wife and I looked at all the local options for our banking needs.Most of the banks employees had smiles on their faces when we arrived, just as we expected. We asked all about their different programs and most banks just handed us a sheet of paper with a list of all their service.Luana impressed us mostly because of the interaction with more than one person on our first visit. We asked the same question but they actually sat down with us and asked what we were looking for in a bank.We had been in Arkansas for 20 plus years with the same bank so personal relationships were important to us.After we left we felt that we had found a bank that we would be comfortable with.I have yet to go into the bank and not see a smile on everyone’s face.I would recommend Luana Savings to anyone that wants to have a good all around banking experience.
