It will not let me log into my account despite my credentials still working in my chrome browser, and there is no place in the app to request support from within the app.

I downloaded the Ice Warp mobile app for email. I attempted to log in using my Ice Warp email and password, but no success. The app is unsupported so I deleted it from my iPad. We have many users who needed it, but it doesn’t work.
