Mind Booster Blue is a mobile application for office workers to cope with depressive mood. Users can learn and practice strategies to uplift their mood using this app. Mind Booster Blue consists of 28 sessions of training program for depressive mood relieving. Also, it provides convenient tools for monitoring one’s mood and thoughts (Mood graph, Thought diary) and relaxation video/audios. At the beginning of the program, it recommends personalized program through the evaluation process of one’s depressive symptoms. At the end of the training, it provides a report to show how the depressive mood change.
