Waist helps you track and record your meals and your activity. You can set a water reminder that you need to drink water every hour and not miss an important stage in the build of your body.
Sync with Apple Health to see your activity and nutrition data in one place, and Waist records all the data you add to Apple Health, which gives you the opportunity to use other applications for more efficient exercise or tracking diet.
In Waist, you can sync data by creating your own profile and access it from any other device, or use it without registration.
You can customize the app's home screen with widgets that are convenient for you and use them for more understandable information.
