I love getting the notice this app has to offer on the newest products I have been using BrüMate for a couple of years. The product is an excellent gift and always a hit for all your drinking needs. Customer service is always fast and reliable when you have an issue. The application is always great it stores your information so you don’t have to enter every time. So far everything has been great. The chat isn’t that helpful. May be it’s just a glitch but email is another option.

The only ready why I didn’t give 5 stars is because straw cap colors are never available. I was finally able to order one in dark aura and the sea glass color I have but never been able to get turmeric when it was out, and then when another color came out that I though would have matched well it quickly sold out to and neither color is available that will closely match that cup. But with all that being said the cups are great as I love them, have three different kinds and sometimes they are a little hard to open but I’ll gladly deal with that because the cups are truly leak proof. You will sometimes get a drop or two out of the straws but that’s it. I’d still get some more of these cups if they came in other shades of blue, purple, or red with iridescent colors.

Brümate is my favorite cup to use for anything. To give as a gift to keeping in my cupboard to use as my cups. I don't really like having regular glasses anymore unless I'm just getting a fast drink lol. I been like to multi-use the MarTini's. They are also great for ice cream. Fit great in little ones hands and the outside doesn't get cold and the ice cream doesn't melt as fast if at all by the time you finish. I have been a true fan since I ordered from Facebook in 2017 and always talk about them. I fully recommend this product.

I absolutely love these 40 ounce tumblers as well as the 22 ounce coffee mug or Tumblr. I’m not sure what it’s called!! I have many of the colors already. I would like to suggest some more summer colors as well as fall like red. Our school colors are red, black and white and you don’t have any red and many Moms would love to have a red one. They are lightweight easy to play proof and keep my eyes all well being outside in my truck while I work in this Texas heat!!! Wouldn’t recommend any other brand than BrüMate!!!
