Developer Response Thank you for your recognition, our SBV and SBV's battery packs are supporting Bluetooth direct connection with WiFi connection, which improves the user experience very much, the app will be updated every two weeks, and the firmware will be updated in 1-2 months, we hope that it will bring a better experience to the users.

I would like my SBP 1500 to notify me when the battery reaches a certain level. Currently, it only creates an in-app notification, but doesn’t generate a system-level notification, so it’s really useless to me unless I’m constantly opening the app.
Developer Response Thank you for your suggestion, we have now implemented the addition of App Push notifications in SBP, you can now view Zendure App Push notifications when you don't have the App open. Please update to the latest version of Zendure App.

After numerous ongoing issues over 2 years with a SBV 6400 the last straw was a firmware upgrade via the app which then knocked out any input charging capability via the grid/home power. The unit was returned (again) after having to jump through hoops with a now VERY poor customer service experience which still after months of patiently waiting we have still not been credited for over 4K! Their so-called warranty seems to be worthless. Would highly recommend after our experiences and many others online looking at other reputable manufacturers.

After some initial issues and many updates I have a very reliable setup (Hyper2000, 1400W peak, 3kW batteries). Zendure does a great job. I only feel a bit frustrated to feel permanent upgrading pressure due to the many hardware innovations.

Pre-upgrade Friendly Reminder
1. HEMS is a system control feature that conflicts with Cluster. To use HEMS for Hyper 2000 control, please turn off the Zenlink switch to disband the Cluster. For more details, check out the HEMS-related Q&A in the Zendure App Forum.
