I had this app for a year or two because I was gifted the printer for a Christmas. And for the past years I’ve been able to use it fine, but recently there was some sort of update that caused the app to get removed off my phone because it is now “18+ only”. And now I am unable to print anything because I’m underage. I don’t understand why this is an adult app now? I use it to print pictures of characters out of a cat printer’s mouth, I don’t know what is so mature about that…? Can this possibly be fixed???

At first this app was ok. The text came out lighter and not as smooth as I’d have liked but was functional. I’ve only used it a few times, and can no longer print. Any time I create a label, it won’t allow me to save or print it and shows “loading” I let it “load” for an hour without touching it and it never loaded. I cannot get it past “loading” and I have tried multiple times over multiple days. It’s now useless because I cannot create labels. It also won’t allow me to send feedback, because that button no longer registers. Each time I’ve attempted to use it, I have confirmed it was on and connected. I even deleted the device and cleared cache but still won’t work. I then tried deleting the app and redownloading, and still the same problem. Also, I changed the language to english, yet it still shows as Chinese when on the “create label” setting, no matter how many times I change it to english. The first few times I used it there were no issues, except the device not cutting/tearing the prints smoothly. Now it’s useless and I wasted my money since of course, it’s beyond the return window. If you can, return the printer before it’s too late because it requires this app that doesn’t work and renders the device useless.

The app js glitchy, documents won’t load, the app doesn’t show the printers battery life or status. There isn’t a way to make a collage in the app without using the editing software that’s hard to navigate although it does have a decent amount of tools. The broken english translations are hard to understand. I wish all of the functions worked properly.

Re-view after I went back into the app after some updates. Once I’m at the print page, while I am able to go back to choose a different image to print, the arrow to go back is there, but extremely hard to see. Still love the app, but, I don’t like the ads or AI. If they made a paid version for like $0.99, or, a lightweight app, with zero AI, and it JUST prints images from your phone, that would be great!
