Trying to change applicant category desperately for 3 weeks, not possible. Status stuck on pending without possibility to change. Support center unaccessible. Match tickets bought, air-tickets bought, travel documents in order, acommodation sorted, yet still may not be able to go to Qatar because this app is not working! The funniest thing is that I was able to change category for my minor son, but not for me! So, is Hayya going to reimburse me for money I spent? And to explain to my son that we may not go to matches after he was looking forward to it for two years?

Dear User, apologies for the caused inconvenience. Unfortunately, this unpleasant experience is not related to the app or the portal. Many people haven't followed the instructions of the application and as a result, it takes longer time for their approval. Please access the portal > Go to My Hayya > Hayya Application Status > Application processing Status > Update Applicant Category > Validate & Submit. If you are an international fan don't forget to confirm your accommodation arrangements if you have not done so.

I applied for Hayya card booked an accommodation which I payed fully received a confirmation but no status update still pending I lost my tickets lost my money my time I had anxiety from the stress they caused me I called them several time with no help or support they answer you to tell you they can’t do anything for you and that’s very frustrating. I feel scammed they took my money and they are not answering on emails. I had the worst kind of experience and I didn’t get to watch any game. That’s really disappointing I’ve never faced anything like that in my life.

The app user interface is poorly designed. Especially the direction. When you take the metro it doesnt show you the name of all the stations in between. Also, you cannot zoom in with the google map and it does not show your current location. Why not just take the user to the google app for better experience. As an IOS developer myself, this app is only useful to show the Hayya card but it lack the basic features
