App not working properly

It took me 5 tries to be able to placed an order for delivery. I even had to call the restaurant to make sure that they received my order or not because it was telling me that my payment was processed but it kept telling that there was an error with my card. If I want to place an order from my computer I have to go get the link that was sent to my email to be able to login on my computer. It was such of waste of time.

It took me 5 tries to be able to placed an order for delivery. Long time customer. Y’all do so much right. One thing that causes trouble is trying to find “your” taco in a bag full of many. People eat the wrong ones and don’t care. Sometimes the other people do. Not an easy problem. The numbered bag thing just doesn’t get it many times. I gave up ordering something particularly because chances are I would not end up with it anyway. Or I’d have to mangle all of them on the front end.

I’m a loyal customer and come several times a week. It’s bad enough that we can’t redeem rewards in store anymore, but absolutely ridiculous that I can only redeem one online. Way to appear money hungry. Times are hard but tacos are optional.

Hi Steven. Thank you for downloading our app, we apologize that reward redemption is capped at 1 per order. Since we have blanket $ amounts as rewards, utilizing more than one but not the entire reward leads to issues as we cannot maintain balances. We are looking to add in store redemption extremely soon, as we are updating our technology in our restaurants. We look forward to the chance to serve you again soon and provide a better experience.

The food is great and the staff are always upbeat and nice. They can get quite backed up and behind on when orders say they’ll be ready. The app and website for ordering is absolutely terrible. I’ve never heard of the engine they use, but it is the worst I’ve ever encountered. It is cumbersome, annoying, and unnecessarily difficult to use. Why I’m the heck would you need to send me an email every time I try to log in to the app!? I have gone to another restaurant due to the difficulties the ordering process results in. If this would be fixed this review would be nothing but positive.
