If you’re someone like me with a huge music library, organizing it can be a pain. That’s where Evertag comes in—it makes editing and managing music tags incredibly easy. I’ve been using it on my Mac for a while, and it’s been a game-changer for keeping my library clean and well-organized.Key features that make Evertag stand out:- Batch editing: One of my favorite features! I can edit tags for multiple files at once, saving me tons of time. Whether I’m updating artist names, album titles, or genres, it’s fast and efficient.- Supports all major audio formats: I work with MP3, FLAC, and WAV files, and Evertag handles them all without breaking a sweat. It’s perfect for those with diverse music collections.- Auto tag recognition: The app can automatically find and update missing tags. It scans the file’s metadata and fills in all the blanks—album art, release year, you name it.- Album art downloader: Finding and embedding high-quality album artwork is super easy with Evertag. It can pull cover art from online databases, so my library looks as good as it sounds.- Clean and simple interface: I really appreciate how intuitive the interface is. Slick on OS & iOS

Quickly modify tags so your media player can properly display your tracks. Essential part of workflow on ios *and* OS to organize music library, as tags make or break your layout within your media player. Thanks.

Tried purchasing the free version. I uploaded a song and changed the metadata. That was easy. Had no way of getting the song out of the app onto my desktop so I can upload it to dropbox and other places. No information out there. Google's AI assistant says you need the Paid version. I opted for the one year. APPLE asked me to confirm with my fingerprint I did and I heard the ding. Then the app quit. Ridiculous. I opened up the app again and it still said that I needed to pay because I had the free version. I then restarted the computer deleted the app and re-downloaded it. Same thing. OK, I thought… I guess it didn't take. I paid for it again using my finger and I heard the ding. Same thing happened. Forget this company at all costs.
Inconsistent and a bit clunky

I really like the idea of the program, but found it cumbersome and inconsistent. Sometimes it saved the metadata. Sometimes it didn't. I tried copying to different folders, re-entering information. I could see the metadata in the program, but it didn't show in finder. I tried 4 similar files and only two I could get to work. A bit about the workflow. They create their own folders, copies within those folders. You can put them back, but it is cumbersome. I wish you could choose the file, change the metadata, and create a new copy it its current location.
